Section - I

〔+ Introduction + 〕


The D-Class Housing Regulation is a set of regulations dedicated to D-Classes Personnel inside the patient housing, all D-Class Personnel are obligated to follow all clauses within this handbook to be able to complete their 30 Days Service.

As you have signed the D-Class Program contract, you’ve been assigned to numerous assignments given by the researcher personnel throughout your 30-Days Service. We will ensure that safety comes first when preparing the assignments.

Once that you have completed your 30-Days Service, all of your charges will be dropped and become a free-man. You’ll be returned back to your hometown and reunited with your family, friends or anyone that cared for you back.

Remember, your action will help not just the researcher personnel, but also everyone in the world as “D” stands for devoted, dynamic and most importantly delightful as you’re bringing delightfulness to the whole world, and be recognized by your actions.

 

The Administrative Department and Ethics Committee will be the main two guides throughout your 30 Days-Service. Any issues you may have, make sure to contact them.

Section - III

〔+ The D-Class Regulations + 〕


[1.1] - D-Class Personnel are to be given a designation number when entering the D-Class Population, alongside a proper jumpsuit. This is to ensure that you’ll be identified easily. [B-F]

[1.1.1]  - Washing Machines are stationed inside the D-Class Housing Laundry to assure that you’ll be able to wash your D-Class clothes at any time.

[1.1.2]  - You’re permitted to request for a new jumpsuit in case your jumpsuit breaks.

[1.1.3]  - D-Class Personnel aren’t permitted to wear any other clothes than just their standard D-Class jumpsuit.

[1.2] - D-Class Personnel are allowed to be assigned to two jobs which are the CDC Cafeteria chef and janitor, Administrative and Ethics personnel are the only ones permitted to assign a D-Class to a specific duty. [A-F]

[1.2.1]  - During job duty, a security guard must be present at all cost to ensure the safety of the D-Class.

[1.2.2] - Any misuse of the job that you have will result in being removed from that job, and returned back to D-Class Housing.

[1.2.3] - After completing the job, the D-Class Personnel are to return the items back to the security guard, and escorted back to D-Class Patient Housing.

[1.3] - Violence or any fights are strictly prohibited inside the D-Class Patient Housing, the fights are only allowed to be performed during boxing. [C-F]

[1.3.1]  - D-Class Personnel are required to get approval from the AD to be able to do a boxing fight, but must have a guard alongside during the boxing. As well as a Medical Personnel.

[1.3.2] - In boxing, D-Classes are not allowed to use any tools other than their fist and gloves.

[1.3.3] - They’re only able to do 3 rounds before being obligated to end it.

[1.4] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited to have any contraband within their jumpsuit or their cells, any contrabands found within their clothes are to be sent for interrogation. [D-F]

[1.4.1]  - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from taking items from Gym, CDC Kitchen, and laundry outside of their room.

[1.5] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited to ask any questions or know regarding the environment or anything related to the assignment. [B-F]

[1.6] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited to conduct any riots or revolutionary acts against the environment, alongside with other gangs or unidentified groups inside or outside of the D-Class Housing. Including participating in any events that are meant to cause harm. [F]

[1.7] - D-Class Personnel have the right to deny participation from any assignment 2 times until they must be needed for assignments from the researcher personnel. [C-F]

[1.7.1]  - D-Class Personnel who do not comply with the participation will result in heavy consequence or termination from their D-Class Service Contract.

[1.8] - During assignments, D-Class Personnel are to follow the Researcher instructions and complete the task. [D-F]

[1.8.1]  - D-Class Personnel are prohibited to do anything outside of their specific instructions, anything that isn’t from the instructions will result in a termination from the D-Class Service Contract.

[1.8.2]  - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from taking the object out of the room or misusing that object toward any personnel, this will result in a termination from D-Class Service Contract.

[1.8.3]  - D-Class Personnel are permitted to report to the Administrative Department or Ethics Committee regarding the assignment if they ever felt that the researcher has misconduct the assignment.

[1.8.4]  - D-Class Personnel is allowed to request for medical help if the D-Class has been accidentally injured during the assignment.

[1.9] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from verbally insulting workers in the environment or security guards inside or outside of the D-Class Housing. [A-F]

[1.10] - D-Class Personnel have rights to request for a medical check-up for any syndromes that they may have. Alongside a therapy session. [B-F]

[1.10.1]  - D-Class Personnel are to follow all instructions from the medical personnel alongside being escorted by a security guard at all costs.

[1.10.2]  - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from taking anything inside the medical field, and security guards will be checking on them after the check up.

[1.11] - D-Class Personnel are permitted to request a security guard for basketball or football balls to be able to play in the playground, but security guards are to be stationed during the round. [A-F]

[1.12] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from causing any property damage inside the environment, alongside during assignments. [D-F]

[1.13] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from entering any restricted areas unless authorized by a superior and escorted by a security guard. [C-F]

[1.14] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from conducting any bribery or any manipulations against any personnel working in the environment, this includes as well as encouraging other D-Classes. [C-F]

[1.15] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited from stepping inside the red line inside the D-Class Housing Patient. [A-F]

[1.15.1]  - D-Class Personnel are prohibited to push other D-Classes inside the red line, the security guard will put the D-Class out of the red line.

[1.15.2]  - D-Class aren’t allowed to use it as a way to mess with the security guards, doing it several times will result in the termination of the D-Class Service Contract.

[1.16] - D-Class Personnel are prohibited to form any rumors against someone or other D-Class Personnel inside or outside of the D-Class Patient Housing. [A-F]

[1.17] - During Site-Inspection, all D-Class Personnel must stand against the wall to be checked in case for any contrabands or any unauthorized tools. [D-F]

[1.17.1]  - Any contrabands or tools found within the D-Class Personnel are to be sent for questioning.

[1.17.2]  - D-Class Personnel who attempt to flee away from the inspection or refuse from participating in the Site-Inspection will result in a termination from the D-Class Service Contract.

[1.18] - D-Class Personnel are allowed to report any workers or security guards toward the Administrative Department or Ethics Committee regarding any issues with them. [B-F]

[1.18.1]  - If the D-Class has lied about the report, this will result in them being unable to conduct other reports for 2 weeks or permanently depending on the severity.

[1.19] - During an emergency or breaches, all D-Class Personnel are obligated to be locked inside the cell. [D-F]

[1.19.1]  - D-Class Personnel who refuse to return to their cells will result in them being forcefully put inside the Cell.

[1.19.2]  - D-Class Personnel who flee from the D-Class Patient Housing during the emergency or breaches, they’re declared for termination from their D-Class Service Contract.

[1.19.3]  - If a breach or emergency happens during the assignments, D-Class Personnel are permitted to ask to be returned back to the D-Class Patient Housing or waits for the emergency to end.

[1.20] - D-Class Personnel have the right to terminate their D-Class Service Contract at any given time, but they must ask an Administrative or Ethics Personnel to do so, but first they will be brought to an exit interview room before they’re taken out. [F]
